The invention provides a high-bearing electric seat adjusting device for an airplane. A driving motor is provided with an inner gear which is connected with an outer gear arranged on a planetary speed reducing mechanism; the planetary reducing mechanism comprises a sun gear, a plurality of uniformly distributed planet gears, a planet carrier and an embedding hole, the planet gears are fixedly connected with the planet carrier, and the sun gear is matched with the planet carrier (9) through a gear; the shifting sleeve is mounted on the planet carrier, the front end is connected with the planet carrier, and the rear end is meshed with an external spline of the rear-stage gear; cylindrical pins matched with the planet gears in number are arranged on the shifting sleeve, one end of the shifting sleeve can be meshed with corresponding embedding holes (18) in the end face of the planet carrier through the cylindrical pins which are evenly distributed, and a spring, a rear-stage gear, a transmission gear and an output gear (16) are sequentially arranged at the other end of the shifting sleeve, so that the driving motor works to transmit power to the output gear for axial movement; the seat adjustment is realized; the shifting sleeve is shifted to compress the spring to perform axial movement, and the cylindrical pin is separated from the embedding hole in the end surface of the planet carrier, so that the output gear realizes seat adjustment under the action of external force.

    本发明提供了一种飞机高承载电动座椅调节装置,驱动电机设置内齿轮,与行星减速机构上设置的外齿轮连接;所述行星减速机构包括太阳轮、均布的多个行星轮、行星架和嵌合孔,行星轮与行星架固定连接,太阳轮与行星架(9)通过齿轮配合;拨套安装在行星架上,前端与行星架连接,后端与后级齿轮的外花键啮合;拨套上设置有与行星轮个数相适配的圆柱销,拨套一端可通过均布的多个圆柱销与行星架端面上的相对应嵌合孔(18)啮合,另一端依次设置有弹簧、后级齿轮、传动齿轮和输出齿轮(16),使驱动电机工作将动力传输给输出齿轮轴向运动,实现座椅调节;拨动拨套压缩弹簧进行轴向运动,圆柱销与行星架端面上的嵌合孔分离,使输出齿轮在外力作用下实现座椅调节。
