The floating body device is arranged below the jacket body, and the floating body device is used for supporting the jacket body for sea surface transportation; wherein the end face of one side of the floating body device is fixedly welded to the bottom of the jacket body, the floating body device comprises a plurality of floating body buoyancy boxes, and the floating body buoyancy boxes are connected in a welded mode and used for adjusting buoyancy.
