The invention provides a vehicle body panel structure which can effectively disperse stress caused by the fact that only the shape of an existing vehicle body panel is changed, a load input from a frame component in a reverse mode acts on the vehicle body panel, stress concentration of the vehicle body panel is restrained, and damage, cracking and the like of the vehicle body panel can be prevented. Therefore, the rigidity and durability of the vehicle body panel are improved. The vehicle body panel structure comprises a stress relaxation part which is arranged on a vehicle body panel and located between a plurality of connecting edges used for connecting the vehicle body panel and a vehicle frame component.
