The present disclosure provides a system and method for energy saving traffic using machine learning and artificial intelligence. Systems and methods for energy saving traffic are provided. The method may include: identifying a vehicle moving on a road; calculating first energy required for completing the travel; determining the size of a cavitation area of the vehicle; calculating a second energy required to transition to the cavitation region of the vehicle and complete the travel in the cavitation region of the vehicle; and transitioning to the cavitation zone of the vehicle if the second energy is more energy-saving than the first energy.
