The invention provides a charging control device, a moving object, a charging control system, and a charging control method. In the charging control device, first, a chargeable amount is acquired. Next, the charging control device calculates the minimum SOC required to the minimum during the next and later travel of the vehicle. Next, the charge control device sets a target SOC that is equal to or greater than the minimum SOC and suppresses battery degradation. Alternatively, the charge control device sets a target charge amount that is equal to or less than the chargeable amount and suppresses battery degradation. Therefore, the complexity of the charging work of the battery can be eliminated while the deterioration of the battery is inhibited.
