According to the trundle, the floating chassis and the AGV trolley, by means of swinging of the bottom plate and rotation and movement of the protective cover, the wheels can be subjected to two-stage buffering and damping relative to the mounting plate, and the problem that in the prior art, the damping and buffering functions of a mobile robot are poor is effectively solved; a damping piece and/or a hinged connecting piece are/is connected between the first frame and the second frame, when the mobile robot is vibrated, the hinged connecting piece can rotate to absorb impact loads, meanwhile, the damping piece can further reduce and absorb the impact loads, meanwhile, four-stage damping is formed under the damping effect of the trundles, and the damping effect of the mobile robot is improved. Therefore, the damping and buffering effects of the floating chassis (the mobile robot) are effectively improved.
本发明公开一种脚轮、浮动底盘及AGV小车,脚轮包括安装板、底板,所述底板可摆动地连接于所述安装板上,所述底板上设置有连接凹槽;防护罩;车轮,所述车轮可转动地设置于所述防护罩内。本发明的脚轮、浮动底盘及AGV小车,利用底板的摆动及防护罩的转动和移动,使得车轮能够相对于安装板进行两级缓冲减震,有效的克服了现有技术中移动机器人的减震缓冲功能差的问题,第一车架和第二车架之间连接有减震件和/或铰接连接件,在移动机器人受到振动时,铰接连接建能够进行转动吸收冲击载荷,同时减震件能够进一步的将该冲击载荷进行减小吸收,同时在脚轮的减震作用下形成四级减震,从而有效的增加浮动底盘(移动机器人)的减震缓冲效果。
