In a wireless power transmission device for transmitting power to an aerial moving body, radio waves cannot be radiated with high precision in the direction in which the aerial moving body exists, and the efficiency of wireless power transmission is reduced. This wireless power transmission device is provided with: a plurality of element antennas (27) capable of radiating radio waves while changing the direction of orientation in which the radiated radio waves transmit power; a power transmission antenna (1A), which is a phased-array antenna, having a plurality of element modules (24, 26) including a phase shifter (29) for changing the phase of a transmission signal and an amplifier (28) for amplifying the transmission signal; a radiation direction determination unit (38) that determines a radiation direction, which is the direction in which the aerial moving body (3A) to which power is to be transmitted is present; a pointing direction changing unit (22A) that changes the pointing direction of the power transmission antenna toward the radiation direction; and a transmission signal generation unit (23) that generates a transmission signal that is transmitted as radio waves from the power transmission antenna (1A). The phase shift value of the phase shifter (29) is obtained by an REV method using an aerial moving body that is stationary above the power transmission antenna (1A) and on which a radio wave measurement unit (15) is mounted.
