And a wireless ad hoc network is formed through the wireless transmission module and the data collection module. Based on the wireless ad hoc network, the data collection module obtains multiple paths of sensing fusion data. And based on 5G mobile communication, the data collection module sends the multiple paths of sensing fusion data to a background end. Based on the global coverage and unicast communication capability of the 5G network, the background end provides different real-time data (roadside full-view perception data) for each vehicle end, and vehicle-road cooperative fusion perception and fusion regulation and control data closed loop serving the single vehicle are realized. The sensing fusion data of the intersection is backed up to a background end through a data collection module of an adjacent intersection, so that high reliability of data transmission is realized. By the aid of the Leiyu perception all-in-one machine, the wireless ad hoc network and 5G, the roadside transformation cost is low, data transmission is reliable, time delay is low, and thousands of vehicles can face one another.
