The interaction method comprises the following steps: when a user gets on or gets off, responding to a state that a vehicle is in a charging or external power supply scene; and displaying the vehicle three-dimensional model, the state information of the vehicle in the charging or external power supply scene, the scene information of the charging or external power supply scene and an operable control for the charging or external power supply scene on a desktop of the vehicle-mounted system. According to the invention, the vehicle three-dimensional model, the state information of the vehicle in the charging or external power supply scene, the scene information of the charging or external power supply scene and the operable control for the charging or external power supply scene are displayed on the desktop of the vehicle-mounted system; a user does not need to independently open a page of a battery application to check relevant state information of vehicle charging or external power supply, and the user can intuitively feel the current charging state and external power supply state of the vehicle, so that the user is helped to better know the current battery and endurance conditions, and subsequent operation of the user is facilitated.
