The invention relates to a commercial vehicle AMT safe automatic starting control method which comprises the following steps: if an automatic starting initial condition is met, identifying whether an automatic starting demand condition is met or not; activating an automatic starting enabling switch; executing an automatic starting operation process; meanwhile, a real-time monitoring quitting process is started; judging whether an exit condition is met or not; the automatic starting enabling switch is turned off, and the automatic starting operation process is quitted; slowly sliding the vehicle until the speed is reduced to 0; judging whether a re-automatic starting demand condition is met or not; the vehicle speed is lower than a re-automatic starting speed threshold value; judging that the clutch temperature meets the temperature condition of automatically starting the clutch again; and returning and executing again. The device can cope with the situation of clamping stagnation of the gearbox, direct hard dragging starting is avoided, and the gearbox cannot be burnt out; ceaseless attempt to self-start of the vehicle is avoided; when any part is not suitable for automatic starting, the starting step cannot be forcibly propelled, damage to the part cannot be caused, and safety accidents cannot occur.

    本发明涉及商用车AMT安全自动起步控制方法,包含步骤:如果满足自动起步初始条件,则识别是否满足自动起动需求条件;激活自动起步使能开关;执行自动起步操作流程;同时开启实时退出监控流程;判断退出条件是否被满足;关闭自动起步使能开关,并退出自动起步操作流程;使车辆缓慢滑行,直至速度减为0;判断是否满足再次自动起动需求条件;车速低于再次自动起动速度阈值;判断离合器温度满足再次自动起动离合器温度条件;回到并再次执行。本发明可以应对变速箱卡滞的情况,不会直接硬拖启动,不会烧坏变速箱;不会造成车辆不停的尝试自启动;当有任何部件不适合进行自动起步,都不会强行推进起动步骤,不会造成部件的损毁,更不会发生安全事故。
