And the bidirectional vehicle-mounted charger is used for controlling the power battery to output alternating current to the vehicle-mounted socket through the bidirectional vehicle-mounted charging circuit according to a monitoring result of the load monitoring circuit and a preset safety condition. According to the charging and discharging system of the electric vehicle and the control method of the charging and discharging system, the vehicle-mounted socket can be electrified conveniently.
