The invention relates to the technical field of wind power blade hoisting tools, in particular to a wind power blade hoisting manipulator and a hoisting tool. The hoisting manipulator comprises an upper clamping arm, a lower bearing arm, an upper clamping mechanism and a lower clamping mechanism; a clamping assembly in the clamping mechanism comprises a balance beam, a distribution beam, a clamping force compensation device and a clamping block. The middle part of the balance beam is hinged to the lower end of the telescopic structure or hinged to the mounting seat; the distribution beams are hinged to the two ends of the balance beam respectively; the two ends of the distribution beam are connected with the clamping force compensation devices. The clamping force compensation device comprises a springback structure and a connecting piece, the springback structure bears the connecting piece, and when the clamping block clamps the blade, the springback structure provides springback force for the connecting piece; the end, away from the springback structure, of the connecting piece is hinged to the back face of the clamping block. And the clamping force compensation device is utilized to ensure that the clamping force loss of the blade is compensated instantly, and the hoisting safety and reliability are improved.

    本发明涉及风电叶片的吊装工具技术领域,具体涉及一种风电叶片吊装机械手及吊具。吊装机械手包括上夹紧臂、下承托臂、上夹持机构和下夹持机构;夹持机构中的夹持组件包括平衡梁、分配梁、夹持力补偿装置和夹持块;所述平衡梁中部铰接于所述伸缩结构的下端或者铰接于所述安装座;所述平衡梁的两端分别铰接有所述分配梁;所述分配梁两端连接有所述夹持力补偿装置;所述夹持力补偿装置包括回弹结构和连接件,所述回弹结构承载所述连接件,当夹持块夹持叶片时,所述回弹结构向所述连接件提供回弹力;所述连接件远离所述回弹结构的一端铰接于所述夹持块的背面。利用夹持力补偿装置确保即时补偿叶片的夹持力损失,提高吊装安全性、可靠性。
