The invention discloses an elevator anti-shearing device and an elevator. The elevator anti-shearing device comprises a first locking pin, a linkage shaft, a first connecting piece and a driving piece, and the first locking pin is movably arranged on a main body frame of an elevator car; the linkage shaft is rotatably arranged on the main body frame, and a first linkage piece and a second linkage piece are arranged on the linkage shaft; one end of the first connecting piece is hinged to the first linkage piece, and the opposite end of the first connecting piece is hinged to the first locking pin. The driving piece is connected with a car door of the elevator car, and the driving piece drives the first linkage piece to rotate through the second linkage piece along with opening or closing of the car door, so that the first linkage piece drives the first locking pin to be inserted into a locking hole preset in an elevator shaft or pulled out of the locking hole through the first connecting piece. The elevator car can be prevented from suddenly running when the door is opened, so that shearing harm of the elevator to human bodies is avoided, and the safety of the elevator is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电梯防剪切装置及电梯,电梯防剪切装置包括第一锁止销、联动轴、第一连接件和驱动件,第一锁止销可移动地设于电梯轿厢的主体框架上;联动轴可转动地设于主体框架上,且联动轴上设有第一联动件和第二联动件;第一连接件的一端与第一联动件相铰接,相对端与第一锁止销相铰接;驱动件与电梯轿厢的厢门相连,且驱动件随着厢门的开启或关闭通过第二联动件驱动第一联动件旋转,以使第一联动件通过第一连接件驱动第一锁止销插入电梯井道内预设的锁止孔中或从锁止孔中抽出。本发明能够阻止电梯轿厢在开门时突然运行,进而避免电梯对人体产生的剪切危害,提高电梯安全性。
