The invention provides an optical fiber sensing turnout switch machine state monitoring system which comprises an FBG locking rod stress sensor, a displacement sensor and a temperature sensor, the displacement sensor is connected with an optical signal generator, and the optical signal generator, the FBG locking rod stress sensor and the temperature sensor are all connected with optical fibers; the other end of the optical fiber is connected with an optical fiber data acquisition module, the optical fiber data acquisition module is connected with an optical fiber grating demodulator, the optical fiber grating demodulator is connected with a processing module, and the processing module is connected with an analysis module. Compensated FBG locking rod stress sensor data are compared with data of a displacement sensor through the processing module, a comparison result is analyzed through the analysis module, if a result error is within a safe range, it is indicated that a switch machine operates normally, and if the result error is not within the safe range, early warning is achieved through the early warning module.

    本发明提供了一种光纤传感道岔转辙机状态监测系统,包括:FBG锁闭杆应力传感器、位移传感器和温度传感器,所述位移传感器连接有光信号发生器,所述光信号发生器、FBG锁闭杆应力传感器和温度传感器均连接有光纤;所述光纤的另一端连接有光纤数据采集模块,所述光纤数据采集模块连接有光纤光栅解调器,所述光纤光栅解调器连接有处理模块,所述处理模块连接有分析模块。本发明通过处理模块将补偿后的FBG锁闭杆应力传感器数据与位移传感器的数据进行比对,通过分析模块分析比对结果,结果误差在安全范围内,则代表转撤机正常运行,结果误差不在范围内,则通过预警模块实现预警。
