The invention discloses an application software torque architecture integrated with an EMS (engine management system) and a VCU (vehicle control unit), which comprises a driver torque domain, a wheel end torque domain, an engine and gearbox torque domain, an execution end torque domain and a torque capacity calculation unit, and is characterized in that the driver torque domain is mainly used for calculating request torque of a driver and then outputting the request torque to the execution end torque domain; the wheel end torque domain receives data transmitted from the driver torque domain and then transmits the data to the engine and gearbox torque domain and the execution end torque domain; the engine and gearbox torque domain receives data transmitted by the wheel end torque domain; the execution end torque domain receives torque requests transmitted by the wheel end torque domain and the engine and gearbox torque domain, and the torque requests are executed through all actuators. The torque capacity calculation unit calculates torques of a driver torque domain, a wheel end torque domain, an engine and gearbox torque domain and an execution end torque domain. The problem that coordination is difficult in the interaction process of the EMS and the VCU can be solved.
