The invention discloses a fuel pump flow detection system which comprises a pressurization heating oil tank, a flow sensor, a proportional overflow valve and a driving motor, an oil inlet of a to-be-detected fuel pump is connected with the pressurization heating oil tank, an oil outlet of the to-be-detected fuel pump is connected with an inlet of the proportional overflow valve through the flow sensor, and an outlet of the proportional overflow valve is connected with the pressurization heating oil tank. The driving motor drives the to-be-tested fuel pump to rotate. The to-be-measured fuel pump is driven to rotate through the driving motor, oil in the pressurizing and heating oil tank is input into the proportional overflow valve, the proportional overflow valve simulates the actual working condition, the flow output by the to-be-measured fuel pump is detected through the flow sensor, the flow of the fuel pump under the conditions of high temperature and high rotating speed can be measured, the structure is simple, cost is reduced, and practicability is high. And the detection speed is extremely high and the safety is extremely high.

    本发明公开了一种燃油泵流量检测系统,包括增压加热油箱、流量传感器、比例溢流阀和驱动电机,待测燃油泵的进油口连接增压加热油箱,待测燃油泵的出油口经过流量传感器连接比例溢流阀的进口,比例溢流阀的出口连接增压加热油箱,驱动电机驱动待测燃油泵转动。通过驱动电机使待测燃油泵转动,将增压加热油箱内的油液输入到比例溢流阀,由比例溢流阀对实际工况进行模拟,并通过流量传感器检测待测燃油泵输出的流量,能够针对燃油泵在高温、高转速条件下的流量进行测量,结构简单,成本降低,具有极快的检测速度以及极高的安全性。
