The invention discloses a power supply driving circuit, and the circuit comprises a three-phase power supply, each phase of which is provided with an IGBT upper tube and an IGBT lower tube; the isolation driving circuit is provided with a driving primary side and a driving secondary side; the high-voltage power supply is provided with an upper tube voltage end and a lower tube voltage end, the upper tube voltage end is connected with the upper tube driving secondary side, and the lower tube voltage end is connected with the lower tube driving secondary side; and the input end of the redundant power supply circuit is connected with a bus voltage UP, and the output end of the redundant power supply circuit supplies power to the lower tube voltage end through a clamping circuit. Through the arrangement, when the power supply for supplying power to each phase of lower tube of the three-phase power supply fails to cause voltage reduction, the clamping circuit is conducted, so that the redundant power supply circuit can supply power to the high-voltage power supply, and the voltage end of the lower tube of the high-voltage power supply can stably supply power to each phase of lower tube of the three-phase power supply; and the vehicle can be prevented from losing power and being out of control.
本发明公开了一种电源驱动电路,该电源驱动电路包括:三相电源,每一相均设置有IGBT上管和IGBT下管;隔离驱动电路,设置有驱动原边和驱动副边;高压电源,设置有上管电压端和下管电压端,所述上管电压端与所述上管驱动副边连接,所述下管电压端与所述下管驱动副边连接;冗余电源电路,所述冗余电源电路的输入端与母线电压UP连接,所述冗余电源电路的输出端通过钳位电路为所述下管电压端供电。如此设置,当给三相电源的每一相下管供电的电源出现故障导致电压降低时,会使得钳位电路导通,从而冗余电源电路可以给高压电源供电,从而高压电源的下管电压端能够稳定为三相电源的每一相下管供电,进而可以避免车辆失去动力和车辆失控。
