The invention relates to an electric vehicle front fork mechanism with a built-in damping mechanism and a damping method thereof.The electric vehicle front fork mechanism comprises a front insertion column, a connecting bridge frame, a pressure adjusting cavity, a hydraulic damper, a front insertion arm, a guide sleeve, a torsion bar and a ratchet mechanism, the lower end face of the front insertion column is hinged to the outer surface of the connecting bridge frame through the ratchet mechanism, and the torsion bar is embedded in the connecting bridge frame; the front insertion arm is connected with a hydraulic shock absorber through a guide sleeve, and the lower end face of the hydraulic shock absorber is connected with a guide sleeve. The shock absorption method comprises the three steps of equipment preassembling, vehicle assembling and vehicle shock absorption. According to the front fork device, the defect that a traditional vehicle front fork can only conduct damping on impact acting force in the single direction is effectively overcome, and therefore the using flexibility, universality and reliability of the front fork device are further improved.

    本发明涉及一种内置减震机构的电动车前叉机构及其减震方法,包括前插柱、连接桥架、调压腔、液压减震器、前插臂、导向套、扭力杆及棘轮机构,前插柱下端面通过棘轮机构与连接桥架外表面铰接,扭力杆嵌于连接桥架内并,其两端另分别与前插臂上端面通过棘轮机构铰接,前插臂通过导向套与液压减震器连接,且液压减震器下端面另与一个导向套。其减震方法包括设备预装,车辆装配及车辆减震等三个步骤。本发明有效的克服了传统车辆前叉仅能对单一方向冲击作用力进行减震的弊端,从而进一步的提高了前叉设备使用的灵活性、通用性及可靠性。
