The invention discloses a lane isolation marking control device and system and a lane control method and device. The lane isolation marking control device comprises a power supply unit; the electrochromic glass is connected with the power supply unit and used for being arranged at the position of an isolation marking line of a lane; and the control unit is connected with the electrochromic glass and is used for controlling the color change of the electrochromic glass. According to the equipment, the electrochromic glass is arranged in the isolation marking line, and the color change of the electrochromic glass is utilized to reflect whether the current lane is a special lane or a common lane, so that the dynamic setting of the special lane is realized.
