The invention provides an assembly type asphalt pavement which comprises a waterproof abrasion protection layer, a functional layer and a high-elastic and high-viscosity special modified asphalt mixture layer, and the waterproof abrasion protection layer comprises matrix asphalt serving as a basic binder, a spraying quick-setting anionic asphalt emulsifier, a modifier SBR styrene-butadiene latex and self-emulsifying water-borne epoxy resin. The functional layer comprises an epoxy resin film layer, wireless charging coils are laid along two sides of the epoxy resin film layer, and the high-elastic high-viscosity special modified asphalt mixture layer comprises matrix asphalt, a peptizer, rubber powder, a high polymer modifier, a natural modifier or additive and a cross-linking agent. The flexible mixture is formed by mixing the matrix asphalt serving as a basic binder, and the high-elasticity and high-viscosity special modified asphalt mixture layer has the advantages of excellent drawing resistance, high elastic recovery, good high and low temperature stability, strong adhesion and good elasticity and flexibility; and meanwhile, a wireless charging coil is laid on the epoxy resin film layer of the functional layer, so that the functional layer has a wireless charging function.
本发明提供了一种装配式沥青路面,包括防水磨耗保护层、功能层和高弹高粘特种改性沥青混合料层,防水磨耗保护层包括作为基础粘结剂的基质沥青、喷洒速凝阴离子型沥青乳化剂、改性剂SBR丁苯乳胶和自乳化水性环氧树脂,功能层包括环氧树脂薄膜层,环氧树脂薄膜层沿两边铺设无线充电线圈,高弹高粘特种改性沥青混合料层包括基质沥青、塑解剂、橡胶粉、高聚物改性剂、天然改性或添加剂和交联剂。本发明通过作为基础粘结剂的基质沥青混合形成柔性混合料,在高弹高粘特种改性沥青混合料层具有优异的抗拉拔、高弹性恢复,高低温稳定性好、粘附性强且弹柔性良好;同时在功能层的环氧树脂薄膜层铺设无线充电线圈使其具有无线充电功能。
