The invention relates to a traffic control system, in particular to a buried traffic signal lamp intelligent control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining pedestrian images of detection areas at two ends of a sidewalk in real time, and determining the number of pedestrians in the images according to the pedestrian images; acquiring the actual time for the pedestrian to pass through the sidewalk for at least two times in the historical record, and taking the mean value of all the actual time as a passing coefficient; determining the predicted passing time of the current pedestrian number according to the current pedestrian number, the set passing time of the sidewalk and the passing coefficient; and when the green light reaches the predicted passing time, extracting position information of pedestrians according to pedestrian images obtained in real time, and determining the prolonging time of turning from the green light to the red light according to the position information, the pedestrian speed and the passing coefficient. According to the invention, safe passing of pedestrians can be realized by controlling conversion of the traffic lights, passing of motor vehicles can be considered, and traffic jam is avoided.
本发明涉及交通控制系统,具体涉及一种地埋式交通信号灯智能控制方法及系统,实时获取人行道两端检测区域的行人图像,并根据所述行人图像,确定图像中的行人数量;获取历史记录中行人至少两次通过人行道所用的实际时间,并将所有实际时间的均值作为通行系数;根据当前行人数量、人行道设定通行时间以及所述通行系数,确定当前行人数量的预测通行时间;当绿灯达到预测通行时间时,根据实时获取的行人图像,提取行人的位置信息,根据所述位置信息、行人速度以及所述通行系数,确定绿灯转红灯的延长时间。本发明能够通过控制交通信号灯的变换实现行人的安全通行,并能够兼顾机动车的通行,避免交通堵塞。
