A power flow display data generation device for a moving body that displays power flow information on a display screen, the power flow display data generation device comprising: a power flow information reception unit that receives power flow information from the moving body; receiving tidal current information of a plurality of predicted tidal current directions including a position of a tidal current on a nautical chart of an area including a moving body (ship or the like) and the tidal current at the position at a plurality of corresponding times; and a power flow display data generation unit that generates an indicator including a time scale determined on the basis of a plurality of times, determines the position of each predicted power flow direction on the time scale at each time, generates a plurality of symbols indicating each predicted power flow direction at each time at each position on the time scale, and displays the generated symbols on the basis of the time scale. An indicator including a plurality of symbols is output to a display screen.
