The invention relates to the technical field of replacement of hydraulic components of a ladle turret of a continuous casting machine, and discloses a novel hoisting construction method for a lifting oil cylinder of the ladle turret of the continuous casting machine, which is characterized in that a two-in-one hoisting tool is used as a carrying pole beam, and a main hook of a pouring cross crown block is adopted for hoisting operation; the carrying pole beam is hung on the main hook through four steel wire ropes, so that the hoisting process is safe and reliable; a weight is hung at one end of the carrying pole beam to serve as a counter weight, an oil cylinder is hung at the other end of the carrying pole beam, two chain blocks are used for adjusting the position and angle of the oil cylinder in a small range, balance of the carrying pole beam in the lifting process is guaranteed, and smooth replacement of the lifting oil cylinder is completed; the novel construction method is adopted for replacing the lifting oil cylinder of the rotary table, the downtime of at least four hours of other units is shortened, the high-risk level of a maintenance project is degraded from two first-level high risks to two second-level high risks, the situation that the safety of personnel and equipment is guaranteed due to inclined pulling of an inclined lifting belt is avoided, the labor intensity of maintenance personnel and the operation safety risk are effectively reduced, and the maintenance efficiency is improved. And stable and smooth operation of a steelmaking production logistics system is ensured.

    本发明涉及连铸机大包回转台液压部件更换技术领域,且公开了一种连铸大包回转台升降油缸吊装新工法,利用两位一体吊具作为“扁担梁”,采用浇筑跨天车主钩进行吊装作业;“扁担梁”用四根钢丝绳悬挂在主钩上,保证吊装过程安全可靠;“扁担梁”一头悬挂砝码作为配重,另一头悬挂油缸,再利用两个手拉葫芦进行小范围调整油缸位置和角度,保证起吊过程“扁担梁”平衡,完成升降油缸顺利更换;本发明采用新工法进行回转台升降油缸的更换,减少其它机组至少4小时的停机时间,检修项目高危等级由两个一级高危降级为两个二级高危,又避免歪拉斜吊带给人员和设备的安全,有效降低检修人员劳动强度和作业安全风险,确保炼钢生产物流系统稳定顺行。
