The invention relates to a mechanical-gear-shifting-free direct seawater cooling integrated permanent magnet motor outboard outboard engine system which comprises a rack and a permanent magnet driving motor assembly connected to the rack, a controller is arranged on the rack, the rack is movably connected with a main transmission shaft connected with a rotating shaft of the permanent magnet driving motor assembly, and the main transmission shaft is movably connected with a direct seawater cooling device. The lower part of the main transmission shaft is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear; the rack is movably connected with an impeller shaft, one end of the impeller shaft is fixedly connected with an impeller, and the other end of the impeller shaft is fixedly connected with a second bevel gear; a bevel gear system-outboard outboard engine propeller gear transmission system with a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear which are in forward/reverse rotation is adopted, a traditional mechanical gear shifting mode of ship advancing and retreating is broken through, the characteristic of forward and reverse rotation can be flexibly achieved through the permanent magnet driving motor under the control of the controller, forward and reverse rotation of the propeller gear transmission system is achieved, and the ship advancing and retreating speed is increased. A traditional mechanical gear shifting mechanism is omitted, meanwhile, the underwater transmission noise is reduced, and the operation reliability is improved.

    本发明涉及一种无机械换档直接海水冷却一体式永磁电机舷外挂机系统,其包括:机架和连接于机架上的永磁驱动电机组件,所述机架上设有控制器,机架上活动连接有与永磁驱动电机组件的转轴相连接有主传动轴,主传动轴的下部固定连接有第一伞齿轮;所述机架上活动连接有叶轮轴,叶轮轴的一端固定连接有叶轮,叶轮轴的另一端固定连接有第二伞齿轮;本发明采用正/反转的第一伞齿轮和第二伞齿轮的伞齿轮系‑舷外挂机螺旋桨齿轮传动系统,打破传统的船舶进退的机械式换档模式,通过永磁驱动电机在控制器的控制下,可灵活实现正反转的特性,实现螺旋桨齿轮传动系统的正、反转,省去了传统的机械式换挡机构,同时降低了水下传动噪音,提高了运行的可靠性。
