一种双叉膨胀接头,属于城市轨道交通对电力机车供电设备的关键器材。本发明的技术方案是将一段钢铝复合轨经电火花线切割分成各带二个叉头的左右膨体,经加工并装配电流连接器等后成为无浮动块的膨胀接头,叉头的长度大于由热胀冷缩导致的最大间隙的1.5倍,确保电力机车上的授流器电刷能平稳通过膨胀接头。左膨体到右膨体有三条通电路径:1、直接经二条鱼尾板,2、经大铜圈,3、经小铜圈至二条鱼尾板再经另一小铜圈。本发明可靠性高,可加大相邻膨胀接头纵向中心距至200米,全长减少三分之一的膨胀接头,传电稳定性好,能通过1.1倍的总额定电流,起始滑动力小于800N。
