One or more embodiments of the specification provide an automobile power assembly two-stage vibration reduction suspension which comprises a shell, an upper seat, a first-stage vibration reduction body and a second-stage vibration reduction body, a hollow cavity is formed in the middle of the shell, and a first assembly hole used for assembling an automobile frame or an automobile body is formed in the shell; positioning slopes are arranged on the lower portions of the left side and the right side of the hollow cavity of the shell, one end of the first-stage vibration reduction body is arranged on the positioning slopes of the shell, and the other end of the first-stage vibration reduction body and the upper base are fixedly assembled together; the lower end face of the upper seat is connected with the upper end of the second-stage vibration reduction body. A gap is formed between the second-stage vibration reduction body and the bottom of the hollow cavity of the shell, and the distance of the gap is the compression stroke of the first-stage vibration reduction body under the condition that the first-stage vibration reduction body bears a conventional working condition limit value. Two kinds of rigidity can be provided, the comfort of the whole vehicle under the conventional working condition is guaranteed, the service life of the suspension main rubber can be prolonged, meanwhile, the second-stage vibration reduction body serves as a quick-wear part and is convenient to replace, and the problem that a single-stage vibration reduction suspension is poor in vibration isolation performance is solved.

    本说明书一个或多个实施例提供一种汽车动力总成双级减振悬置,包括壳体、上座、一级减振体、二级减振体,所述壳体中部形成中空腔体,所述壳体上设有用于装配汽车车架或车身的第一装配孔;所述壳体的中空腔体左右两侧下部设有定位斜面,所述一级减振体一端设置在壳体的定位斜面上,所述一级减振体另一端与上座固定装配在一起;所述上座的下端面与二级减振体上端连接在一起;二级减振体与壳体的中空腔体底部之间设有空隙,该空隙的距离为一级减振体承受常规工况极限值下的压缩行程。本发明能提供两种刚度,既保证常规工况下的整车舒适性,又可以提高悬置主橡胶的使用寿命,同时二级减振体作为易损件方便更换,解决单级减振悬置隔振性能差的问题。
