The invention discloses an automobile chassis and a machining method thereof, and relates to the technical field of vehicle engineering. According to the method, the problem that in the prior art, the overall mass of the chassis is large due to the fact that the chassis is formed by splicing the metal pipe beams can be solved, and therefore the cruising ability of the unmanned vehicle can be improved.
