The invention relates to a heat pump air conditioning system integrated with a waste heat recovery function and a control method. Wherein the heat pump air-conditioning system comprises an electric air-conditioning compressor, a gas-liquid separator, an auxiliary heating PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), a throttling short pipe, an air blower, an out-of-vehicle heat exchanger, a waste heat recovery heat exchanger, an in-vehicle heat exchanger, an in-vehicle evaporator, a power battery heat exchanger, an out-of-vehicle radiator, four electromagnetic valves, three electronic expansion valves, an electronic three-way water valve and a five-way valve. According to the technical scheme, the use environment temperature range of the heating function of the heat pump air conditioning system is widened; and by controlling the opening degree of the external heat exchanger electronic expansion valve and the opening degree of the internal heat exchanger electronic expansion valve, waste heat recycling is maximized, and the heating effect of the heat pump air conditioner is improved.

    本发明涉及一种集成余热回收功能的热泵空调系统及控制方法,其中热泵空调系统包括电动空调压缩机、气液分离器、辅助加热PTC、节流短管、鼓风机、车外换热器、余热回收换热器、车内换热器、车内蒸发器、动力电池换热器、车外散热器、四个电磁阀、三个电子膨胀阀、电子三通水阀及五通阀。本技术方案拓宽热泵空调系统制热功能的使用环境温度范围;并且通过控制车外换热器电子膨胀阀和车内换热器电子膨胀阀的开度,实现余热回收利用最大化,提高热泵空调制热的效果。
