The invention provides an installation method for a carbon fiber heating floor in a rail transit vehicle, and the installation method specifically comprises the steps of laying of the carbon fiber heating floor, laying of floor cloth, installation of electrical equipment and installation of wiring harnesses. The carbon fiber heating floor is adopted, two heat dissipation modes of heat radiation and heat conduction are utilized, and compared with a resistance type heating mode, the heating floor is safer and more effective; the carbon fiber heating floor is convenient to install, small in space occupation ratio and beneficial to popularization. Meanwhile, an access hole is reserved for the temperature sensor which is a quick-wear part, so that when the temperature sensor is damaged, the temperature sensor is convenient to replace, and the overall layout is reasonable; reasonable installation of the carbon fiber heating floor determines safety and use performance of the carbon fiber heating floor.

    本发明提供一种轨道交通车内碳纤维加热地板的安装方法,具体包括:碳纤维加热地板的铺设、地板布的铺设、电气设备的安装、线束的安装,本发明提供的轨道交通车内碳纤维加热地板的安装方法,填补了国内轨道交通安装加热地板的空白,采用碳纤维加热地板,利用热辐射和热传导两种散热方式,相比于电阻型加热方式,更加安全有效;碳纤维加热地板的安装方式便捷,空间占比小,利于推广。同时,对于易损件温度传感器预留了检修口,当温度传感器损坏时,便于更换温度传感器,整体布局合理;碳纤维加热地板的合理安装决定了其安全性和使用性能。
