The invention discloses a single-rotor unmanned helicopter rotating machinery fault simulation experiment table with a tail rotor, the whole experiment table adopts a combined installation mode, the lower end of the experiment table is provided with trundles and a rubber pad, and the upper end of the experiment table bears a servo motor, a torque sensor, an eddy current brake, a reduction gearbox and the tail rotor. The servo motor and the disc torque sensor are directly connected and vertically installed, the synchronous wheel is installed above the sensor and connected with an input shaft of the reduction gearbox through the synchronous belt, the disc torque sensor is installed above an output shaft of the eddy current brake, and the synchronous wheel is arranged on the other side of the sensor and connected with a main paddle of the reduction gearbox through the synchronous belt. A reduction gearbox tail rotor output shaft is connected with a micro-range dynamic torque sensor in series through a coupler, a synchronous wheel is arranged at the shaft end of the sensor, and a synchronous belt drives a tail rotor to rotate. The experiment table can simulate the faults of insufficient lubrication, over lubrication, lubrication pollution, damage and the like of a rotating machine of a main paddle reduction gearbox and a tail paddle under different rotating speeds and loads, the real machine test cost is reduced, and the fault detection efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种单旋翼带尾桨式无人直升机旋转机械故障模拟实验台,该实验台整体采用组合式安装方式,实验平台的下端装有脚轮和橡胶垫,上端承载伺服电机、扭矩传感器、电涡流制动器、减速箱、尾桨。伺服电机与盘式扭矩传感器直连并立式安装,传感器上方安装同步轮,用同步带与减速箱输入轴连接,电涡流制动器输出轴上方安装盘式扭矩传感器,传感器另一侧配置同步轮,通过同步带与减速箱主桨连接,减速箱尾桨输出轴通过联轴器串接微量程动态扭矩传感器,在传感器的轴端配有同步轮,靠同步带带动尾桨转动。该实验台可模拟主桨减速箱及尾桨在不同转速、载荷下旋转机械欠润滑、过润滑、润滑污染及破损等故障,降低真机试验成本,提高故障检测效率。
