The invention provides an electric vehicle parking charging device, a parking charging method and a vehicle using method, the device comprises a main cabinet, a terminal and a bolt, the main cabinet and the terminal are arranged on the ground, the bolt is arranged on an electric vehicle, and the main cabinet comprises a charging module, a power module and a network module; the charging module is used for providing power for the electric vehicle, the power supply module is used for providing power for the charging module and the terminal, and the network module is used for interaction between the terminal and a rear-end management platform; the terminal comprises an output interface of a power supply and a control module. The control module is used for controlling whether to charge the electric vehicle. The bolt comprises an input interface of the power supply and a mechanical lock, and the control module is further used for locking the mechanical lock. According to the invention, the integrated design of electric vehicle charging and standard parking is realized, the electric vehicle is conveniently charged during parking, the operation efficiency is improved, the operation cost is reduced, and the user experience and the vehicle turnover rate are improved.

    本发明提供一种电动车停车充电装置、停车充电方法及用车方法,该装置包括:主柜、终端和插销,主柜和终端设置在地面上,插销设置在电动车上,主柜包括充电模块、电源模块和网络模块;充电模块用于为电动车提供电源,电源模块用于为所述充电模块和所述终端提供电源,网络模块用于所述终端与后端管理平台进行交互;终端包括电源的输出接口和控制模块,控制模块用于控制是否对电动车进行充电;插销包括所述电源的输入接口和机械锁,控制模块还用于对所述机械锁进行上锁。本发明实现电动车充电和规范停车一体设计,在停车的同时便于对电动车充电,提高运营效率,降低运营成本,提升用户体验感和车辆的翻台率。
