The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to an oil-electricity hybrid power system and application thereof, and the system comprises an active conveying module and a passive conveying module. According to the oil-electricity hybrid power system, the central storage battery serves as the center, the active conveying module and the passive conveying module are arranged, electric automobiles, electric ships and aircrafts can be rapidly and conveniently charged on any occasion and at any time, and the problems that pure electric charging piles are few, charging is slow, and charging is difficult are solved; and electric energy can be transmitted between the active transmission module and the passive transmission module, so that conversion, input and output of the electric energy in various forms are realized, and the portability is further improved.
