The invention discloses a broadside embarkation platform device and a using method. The broadside embarkation platform device comprises a main ship body, a broadside mounting part is arranged on the broadside of the main ship body, a lifting base body is arranged at the bottom of the broadside mounting part, a rotating base body is arranged above the lifting base body, and a first channel is formed in the broadside mounting part; the first channel is hinged to the upper middle portion of the broadside mounting portion through a first hinge portion, the outer side face of the first channel is connected with a second channel through a first telescopic rod, a first supporting rod is rotationally connected to the rotary base body, the other end of the first supporting rod is hinged to the outer side of the bottom face of the second channel, and one end of the second channel is fixedly connected with a third channel. A first layer plate is arranged on the inner side of the bottom face of the first channel, a second layer plate is arranged below the first layer plate, and a third layer plate is arranged below the second layer plate. According to the invention, the embarkation channel can be adjusted in multiple directions and angles, the vibration generated during embarkation of passengers can be utilized to generate power, and the embarkation efficiency and the embarkation stability can be improved.
