A double-clutch transmission catapult starting control method comprises the following steps that (1) a brake pressure threshold value, clutch semi-combination point torque and a rotating speed difference threshold value of the rotating speed of an engine for exiting catapult starting and the rotating speed of an input shaft are set on a TCU; (2) whether a launch starting mode is started or not is judged; (3) after the ejection starting mode is started, the TCU controls a clutch to be combined to a semi-combination point, a transmission system gap is eliminated, and the TCU controls the rotating speed of an engine to the maximum rotating speed of the engine and prepares to start ejection starting; (4) whether ejection starting is started or not is judged; (5) in the ejection starting process, the TCU controls the clutch to be combined to the maximum torque of the engine; the clutch target torque and the engine target rotating speed are determined through calculation, and the TCU controls the clutch to the clutch target torque and controls the engine rotating speed to the engine target rotating speed; and (6) whether ejection starting is quitted or not is judged according to the rotating speed difference value of the engine rotating speed and the input shaft rotating speed.
