This evacuation control device is provided with: an input unit that receives information on an evacuation area determined as an evacuation destination for a vehicle present in a lane, and information on an object recognized in the evacuation area; and a control unit that identifies the retreat area so as to divide the retreat area into a plurality of partial areas including at least a first partial area closest to the vehicle and a second partial area adjacent to the first partial area on the basis of the information of the retreat area, and, on the basis of the information of the object, identifies the retreat area. The vehicle is controlled such that the vehicle is retracted to a first range in the plurality of partial regions, said first range being within which the vehicle can be retracted.
