The invention discloses an aircraft fuel tank cooling oxygen consumption type inerting system containing a power turbine, which comprises an electromagnetic valve, a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a first heat regenerator, a fuel separator, a second heat regenerator, a preheater, a catalytic reactor and a water separator, a flow meter, a concentration sensor, a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor are arranged on the pipeline; a motor is not needed, and the power turbine is directly driven through engine bleed air. The invention further discloses a cooling oxygen consumption type inerting method of the aircraft fuel tank, mixed steam in the gas phase space on the upper portion of the fuel tank is pumped out through the compressor, fuel oil and water in the mixed steam are condensed and separated, and the separated fuel oil and water are recycled respectively. And after residual gas in the mixed steam is subjected to catalytic combustion, carbon dioxide and water vapor are obtained, the water vapor is cooled and then introduced into the fuel tank, evaporation of the fuel is controlled, and therefore inerting of the aircraft fuel tank is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种含动力涡轮的飞机油箱冷却耗氧型惰化系统,包括电磁阀、压缩机、第一热交换器、第一回热器、燃料分离器、第二回热器、预热器、催化反应器、水分离器,压缩机依次连接有涡轮和动力涡轮,管路上设置有流量计、浓度传感器、温度传感器和压力传感器;本发明无需电动机,动力涡轮直接通过发动机引气进行驱动。本发明还公开了一种飞机油箱的冷却耗氧型惰化方法,通过压缩机将燃油箱上部气相空间的混合蒸汽抽出,将混合蒸汽中的燃油和水冷凝分离,将分离出的燃油和水分别回收利用,混合蒸汽中剩余气体将催化燃烧后得到二氧化碳和水蒸汽,水蒸汽冷却降温后通入燃油箱,控制燃油的蒸发,从而实现飞机燃油箱的惰化。
