The invention discloses a battery temperature adjusting method and system and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that internal data of a battery in the vehicle are obtained, and the internal data at least comprise at least one of the following data: the temperature of the battery, the temperature range of the battery, the temperature difference value of the battery, the insulation value of the battery and the working duration time of the battery; determining the working state of the battery based on the internal data; determining the required rotating speed of a water pump in the vehicle based on the running state of the vehicle and the working state of the battery; based on the required rotating speed or the gravity corresponding to the required rotating speed, a medium used for adjusting the temperature in the vehicle is released to the position where the battery is located, and the position is used for representing a range area with the battery as the center; the temperature of the battery is adjusted based on the released medium. The technical problem that the efficiency of controlling the temperature of the vehicle battery is low is solved.
