The invention provides an outer windshield structure which is characterized in that a plurality of groups of mechanical telescopic assemblies are used for replacing a rubber outer windshield, the telescopic assemblies are arranged between two carriages, and the plurality of groups of telescopic assemblies are sequentially arranged along the opening end parts of two adjacent carriages to form a closed ring; each telescopic assembly comprises two telescopic units arranged in pairs, one end of each telescopic unit is connected with the end of the carriage, and the other end of each telescopic unit abuts against the other opposite telescopic unit. When the two carriages displace to generate a certain angle, each section of telescopic unit can stretch out and draw back independently, and the stretching amount is adjusted according to the rotating angle of the carriages, so that the two carriages are effectively connected, and the windshield effect is achieved. The outer windshield structure provided by the invention can compensate the displacement variation of the two ends of the carriage when a train runs through the displacement variation of the outer windshield structure, solves the problem of the outer windshield of the carriage, avoids the problems that a traditional rubber outer windshield is easy to damage and high in failure rate, effectively prolongs the service life of the outer windshield, and reduces the maintenance cost.

    本发明提供一种外风挡结构,通过机械式的多组伸缩组件代替橡胶外风挡,伸缩组件设于两个车厢之间,多组伸缩组件沿相邻两节车厢的开口端部依次排列围成闭环;每组伸缩组件包括成对设置的两个伸缩单元,每个伸缩单元的一端连接车厢端部,每个伸缩单元的另一端与相对的另一伸缩单元相抵。当两个车厢位移产生一定角度时,每段伸缩单元可独立伸缩,根据车厢的转动角度调节伸缩量,从而将两个车厢有效连接,实现风挡作用。本发明提供的外风挡结构可通过自身位移变化量弥补列车在行驶时车厢两端位移变化量,解决了车厢外风挡问题,同时避免了传统橡胶外风挡易损坏、故障率高的问题,有效提高了外风挡使用寿命,降低了维护成本。
