The invention provides an inclination structure which can change the inclination of a console through simple operation and is also simple in structure. A first frame (20), a second frame (25), a sliding piece (37) and a connecting part (30) form a connecting rod mechanism (similar to a sliding block crank mechanism) comprising three rotating pairs and a sliding pair. In addition, an operation member (40, 47) for fixing the inclination of the second frame (25) or releasing the inclination of the second frame (25) is provided. The operating members (40, 47) are provided so as to be operable to lock the link mechanism or to unlock the link mechanism.
