The device comprises a first field effect transistor comprising a first source electrode, a first drain electrode and a first grid electrode, the first source electrode is configured to be connected with a positive electrode of a power supply of the unmanned vehicle, the first drain electrode is configured to be connected with an energy storage module, and the first grid electrode is configured to be connected with a control module; the control module is configured to be connected with the first field effect transistor in parallel, and the control module is configured to control the first field effect transistor to be in a conduction state or a cut-off state; the energy storage module is configured to be connected with a load of the unmanned vehicle in parallel, and the energy storage module is configured to store electric energy from a power supply; under the condition that the voltage of the power supply drops suddenly, the control module is configured to control the first field-effect tube to be in a cut-off state in response to the fact that the voltage of the first source electrode and the voltage of the first drain electrode meet a first voltage threshold condition, and the energy storage module is configured to supply power to the load in response to the fact that the first field-effect tube is in the cut-off state.
