According to the technical scheme, the vehicle stepless speed regulation electric control fan clutch system with the power generation function is characterized by comprising an engine, a motor, a first transmission shaft, a second transmission shaft, a fan, a planetary gear train and a storage battery; the planetary gear train comprises an outer gear ring, a sun gear and a planetary gear carrier; the first transmission shaft is connected with a sun gear in the planetary gear train; an output shaft of the motor is connected with a planetary gear carrier in the planetary gear train; the output end of the motor is electrically connected with the input end of the storage battery; the engine is connected with an outer gear ring in the planetary gear train; one side of the second transmission shaft is connected with the fan, and the other side of the second transmission shaft is connected with the first transmission shaft through a one-way bearing or a locking mechanism. The system has the advantages of high energy transmission efficiency, stepless speed regulation of the engine under all working conditions and fast fan rotating speed response; and the device has the function of a generator, can replace a generator matched with an original generator, and reduces the cost of the whole machine.

    本发明采用的技术方案是:一种带发电功能的车用无级调速电控风扇离合系统,其特征在于:包括发动机、电机、第一传动轴、第二传动轴、风扇、行星齿轮系和蓄电池;所述行星齿轮系包括外齿圈、太阳轮和行星齿轮架;所述第一传动轴与行星齿轮系中的太阳轮相连接;所述电机的输出轴与行星齿轮系中行星齿轮架的相连接;所述电机的输出端与蓄电池的输入端电连接;所述发动机与行星齿轮系中的外齿圈相连接;所述第二传动轴一侧与风扇相连接,另一侧通过单向轴承或者锁止机构与第一传动轴相连接。本发明具有能量传递效率高、发动机全工况无级调速以及风扇转速响应快的优点;且具有发电机的功能,可替代原发电机匹配的发电机,降低整机成本。
