The invention discloses a driving anti-slip control method and system with overlapped control modes in multiple scenes, and relates to the technical field of automobile safe driving, and the method comprises the steps: if a single-side driving wheel is in a slip working condition, increasing the braking torque to slip driving wheels, and then increasing the driving torque to all the slip driving wheels; if the working condition is out of order, increasing the braking torque to the slip driving wheels, then increasing the driving torque to all the slip driving wheels, judging whether the rotating speed of the steering wheel is increased to be the same as the rotating speed of the driving wheels or not, and if yes, ending the control operation; and if not, the driving torque of all the driving wheels is increased by reducing the rotating speed of the engine and increasing the output torque of the engine. Different control operations are output for the vehicles in different real-time states, the pertinence of driving skid resistance is improved, and under the out-of-trouble working condition, engine flameout caused by too high engine rotating speed is avoided by reducing the engine rotating speed and increasing the output torque of the engine.
