The invention discloses an intelligent tire eccentric wear early warning method and device.The method comprises the steps that the driving deviation D1 of an automobile driving from a first position point to a second position point in the straight driving process on a road and the distance S1 between the first position point and the second position point are obtained, the driving deviation D1 is a difference value between a theoretical driving distance corresponding to the actual revolution number of the first intelligent tire and a distance S1 between the first position point and the second position point, and calculating a real-time wheel diameter R1 of the first intelligent tire according to the distance S1 between the first position point and the second position point and the driving deviation D1, and carrying out tire eccentric wear early warning according to the difference value between the real-time wheel diameter R1 of the first intelligent tire and the wheel diameter R of the second intelligent tire which is parallel to the first intelligent tire. The monitored data is accurate, the risk of tire burst caused by tire eccentric wear is prevented, the probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and the fuel efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能轮胎偏磨预警方法及装置,其中,方法包括:获取汽车在公路上直线行驶过程中从第一位置点行驶至第二位置点的行驶偏差D1以及第一位置点与第二位置点之间的距离S1,其中,行驶偏差D1为第一智能轮胎的实际转数对应的理论行驶距离与第一位置点与第二位置点之间的距离S1的差值,根据第一位置点与第二位置点间的距离S1和行驶偏差D1计算第一智能轮胎的实时轮径R1,并根据第一智能轮胎的实时轮径R1与并排第一智能轮胎的第二智能轮胎的轮径R的差值进行轮胎偏磨预警。本发明所监测的数据具有准确性,防止因轮胎偏磨从而导致发生爆胎的危险,降低出现交通事故的概率以及提高了燃油效率。
