After the method and the structure are adopted, the vehicle is decelerated based on the fixed target deceleration according to the instruction of a driver, the braking force of the drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system is changed according to the actual resistance change, and it is guaranteed that the change trend of the target deceleration changes according to the instruction; and the braking torque of the drive-by-wire hydraulic system at the moment is determined according to the target deceleration, and safety and stability of the vehicle are guaranteed.
