The method comprises the following steps: S1, dividing an automatic driving vehicle test operation area; s21, obtaining the number of order receiving vehicles, the number of idle vehicles and the number of test vehicles in each partition; s22, obtaining a predicted order quantity; s23, comparing the total predicted order quantity with the total idle vehicle quantity to obtain a first comparison working condition; s241, obtaining a schedulable working condition of the test vehicle when the test vehicle number is larger than the test vehicle number, and obtaining different vehicle number scheduling strategies according to the schedulable working condition of the test vehicle; s242, if yes, obtaining a vehicle number scheduling strategy of idle vehicles; and S3, according to the obtained vehicle number scheduling strategy, vehicle scheduling operation is controlled to be executed. According to the automatic driving vehicle scheduling method provided by the invention, while the vehicle order receiving task and the road test task are ensured, the automatic driving order receiving vehicles are rapidly and reasonably distributed in the whole area, so that the order calling waiting time is shortened, and the efficient operation of an automatic driving vehicle system is ensured.
