The invention discloses a multi-target flight time optimization method, which aims at the flight time optimization problem under the condition that resources such as corridor port capacity and runway capacity are limited, and comprises the following steps of: firstly, analyzing the influence of airport flight waves on the actual operation delay of a single airport system, and establishing a key index which meets the matching of flight importance and time slot importance; then, a flight time optimization model with minimum flight operation delay and minimum flight time offset as multiple objectives is constructed, and an improved heuristic algorithm based on cross evolution is designed for solving; secondly, establishing an air-ground joint simulation model to verify the reliability of the algorithm; and finally, instance verification is carried out through a Wuju neat ground nest fort airport.

    本发明公开了一种多目标航班时刻优化方法,针对走廊口容量、跑道容量等资源受限条件下的航班时刻优化问题,首先分析机场航班波对单一机场系统实际运行延误的影响,建立满足航班重要性与时隙重要性相匹配的关键指标;然后构建了以航班运行延误最小和航班时刻偏移量最小为多目标的航班时刻优化模型,并设计了一种基于交叉进化的改进启发式算法的进行求解;其次,搭建了空地联合仿真模型验证算法的可靠性。最后,通过乌鲁木齐地窝堡机场进行实例验证。
