The invention discloses a pre-embedded traffic signal machine, which comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe, a lower pre-embedded part and a signal lamp, and is characterized in that the lower pre-embedded part is provided with a pouring cavity; the inner pipe is sleeved with the outer pipe, the lower end of the outer pipe and the lower end of the inner pipe extend into the pouring cavity, and cement is poured into the pouring cavity. The signal lamp is mounted at the upper half part of the outer tube; a control cavity is formed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe, an electrical control element is installed in the control cavity, the outer wall of the outer pipe can be provided with a door groove, the door groove is communicated with the control cavity, a door body is detachably installed in the door groove, and then installation and maintenance of the electrical element are facilitated. According to the invention, the signal lamp on the outer tube is controlled between the control pieces in the control cavity; meanwhile, the arrangement of the inner tube facilitates signal lamp wiring on one hand, increases the strength of the outer tube on the other hand, and avoids large deviation of the outer tube; and through the arrangement of the lower embedded part, the outer pipe and the inner pipe extend into the pouring cavity, the outer pipe and the inner pipe are fixed conveniently by pouring cement into the pouring cavity, and transportation before installation is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种预埋式交通信号机,包括外管、内管、下预埋件和信号灯,其中:下预埋件具有浇筑腔;外管套设在内管外,且外管和内管的下端延伸至浇筑腔内,浇筑腔浇筑有水泥;信号灯安装在外管的上半部分;外管和内管之间形成控制腔,电气控制元件安装在控制腔中,外管的外壁可以开有门槽,门槽控制腔连通,在门槽内可拆卸安装门体,进而便于对电气元件的安装和维修;本发明,控制腔中的控制件之间对该外管上的信号灯进行控制;同时内管的设定一方面便于信号灯布线,另一方面增大外管的强度,避免外管发生较大的偏移;下预埋件的设置,外管和内管均延伸至浇筑腔中,通过在浇注腔中浇注水泥便于对外管和内管的固定,且本发明便于在安装前的运输。
