The invention discloses a railway line component laying and replacing gantry crane device and an operation method thereof. The device comprises a truss; the transverse moving walking mechanism is arranged on the truss, can transversely move along the truss and is used for adjusting the hoisting position; the transverse moving walking mechanism comprises a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism can drive the loop chain to ascend and descend in the vertical direction so as to carry railway line components. The left supporting leg and the right supporting leg are movably arranged on the lower portions of the left end and the right end of the truss respectively, and the left supporting leg and the right supporting leg can transversely move along the truss so as to adjust the transverse span of the gantry crane device. The left supporting leg and the right supporting leg can ascend and descend in the vertical direction so as to adjust the height from the truss to the working face. The technical problems that an existing railway line component replacement mode occupies the space of an adjacent line, operation safety risks exist, operation is not flexible, and the operation requirement under the complex working condition of the railway line is difficult to meet can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种铁路线路部件铺换门吊装置及其作业方法,装置包括:桁架;设置于桁架上,并能沿桁架进行横向移动的横移走行机构,以调整吊装位置;横移走行机构包括提升机构,提升机构能带动环链沿垂向进行升降移动,以实现铁路线路部件的搬运;分别可活动地设置于桁架左右两端下部的左支腿及右支腿,左支腿及右支腿能沿桁架进行横向移动,以调整门吊装置的横向跨距。左支腿及右支腿能沿垂向进行升降移动,以调整桁架距离作业面的高度。本发明能解决现有铁路线路部件更换方式占用邻线空间,存在作业安全风险,操作不灵活,以及难以适应铁路线路复杂工况下作业需求的技术问题。
