When a crawler belt of the crane needs to be opened to the top of the base box, the two inclined plates are automatically stored on the two sides of the base box through the lifting and retracting assemblies, and when the crawler belt of the crane is located on the top of the base box, the two inclined plates are automatically lifted to the two sides of the base box through the lifting and retracting assemblies to clamp and fix the crawler belt of the crane. The problem that in the prior art, a crawler belt baffle needs to be manually disassembled and cannot be automatically lifted and stored is solved, when offshore wind power is large, due to the fact that manual operation is not needed, the safety risk of manual operation is reduced, and the construction operation efficiency is improved.
