The invention provides a self-climbing crane which is suitable for a double-tower-column cable bent tower and comprises a steel truss lifting system, the lifting system comprises a hydraulic jack lifting system and/or a winch lifting system, and a steel truss extends in the transverse bridge direction and is erected at the tops of two tower columns under construction; the hydraulic jack lifting system is arranged on the steel truss, located between the two tower columns and used for lifting the bridge building part in the vertical direction, and the winch lifting system can move in the lengthwise direction of the steel truss and used for transporting the lifted bridge building part in the transverse bridge direction. The steel truss stretches across the two tower columns and can be provided with two sets of lifting systems, when the steel tower sections or the steel cross beam sub-sections are lifted, the lifting systems move to the opening in the end side of the steel truss for lifting, the conventional beam feeding position is changed into the transverse bridge direction from the longitudinal bridge direction, the self-climbing crane is supported through the two tower columns, and the self-climbing crane can be used for lifting the steel tower sections or the steel cross beam sub-sections. The structural stability and the bearing capacity of the self-climbing crane are enhanced, and the stability in the hoisting process is ensured.
